Office Cleaning Services Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing our office cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our office cleaning service provider. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Service Description

Our office cleaning services encompass comprehensive commercial cleaning solutions designed to maintain professional work environments. Services include but are not limited to general office cleaning, sanitization, waste management, floor care, restroom maintenance, and specialized cleaning tasks as agreed upon in individual service contracts.

Service specifications, frequency, and scope are determined through individual consultations and formalized in separate service agreements.

User Obligations

Clients utilizing our services must fulfill the following obligations:

  • Provide accurate information regarding cleaning requirements and facility access
  • Ensure safe working conditions and notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Secure valuable items and confidential documents before scheduled cleaning
  • Provide reasonable access to facilities during agreed service hours
  • Make timely payments according to established billing schedules
  • Communicate any changes in service requirements promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding workplace safety

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to certain limitations and exclusions. We do not assume responsibility for cleaning areas deemed unsafe or inaccessible. Services do not include handling of hazardous materials, biohazard cleanup, or specialized industrial cleaning unless specifically contracted. We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose unreasonable safety risks to our personnel.

Service interruptions may occur due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule interrupted services at the earliest opportunity.

Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary cleaning methods, techniques, training materials, and business processes developed by our company remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or utilize our proprietary methods for their own commercial purposes. Any documentation, reports, or materials provided during service delivery are licensed for client use only and may not be transferred to third parties without written consent.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our operations; however, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the twelve months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Clients must report any damages or issues within forty-eight hours of service completion to be eligible for consideration under our liability provisions.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding information encountered during service provision. Our personnel are trained to handle sensitive environments professionally and discretely. We do not collect, store, or distribute client information beyond what is necessary for service delivery and billing purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or service provision shall be resolved through the following process: initial good-faith negotiation between parties, followed by mediation if necessary, and finally binding arbitration if mediation fails to produce resolution. All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English and governed by local commercial law.

Clients waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually through the prescribed arbitration process.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with thirty days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of material breach, non-payment, or safety violations. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients through established communication channels.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of first service provision and remain in effect until superseded by updated terms.
